RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
Recruitment Service Agreement (RSA)
The process starts with STD getting a clear understanding of the Partner’s requirements. Based on this, we draft a Recruitment Service Agreement (RSA) that outlines the roles, responsibilities, and costs for both parties, ensuring everything is clear and agreed upon from the start.
Partner Accreditation
Before STD can start sourcing candidates, the Partners must first be accredited with STD at the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), as required by Philippine law. STD will guide you through the entire accreditation process, including preparing the necessary documents.
Candidate Sourcing
After accreditation is finalized, STD begins finding suitable candidates for you using a variety of sourcing tools. We conduct initial screenings and send a list of shortlisted resumes for the Partner’s review.
Candidate Interviews and Selection
The Partner selects those to interview from the shortlisted candidates. Interviews, either virtual or in-person, are conducted, and successful candidates will be notified. These successful candidates will be sent a job offer.
Medical, Document Processing & Training
Candidates who accept the offer undergo a pre-medical exam to confirm they are fit to work. Their necessary documents for training and work permits are prepared. If additional training or exams are required, candidates complete these while the partner processes their work permits and other requirements in the destination country.
Visa and Insurance Application
Once candidates are ready, STD assists them through the visa application process at the appropriate embassy. STD also secures the required insurance to fulfill the conditions for the candidate’s departure.
Pre-Departure Formalities
After visas and insurances are issued, STD ensures all DMW-related pre-departure requirements are completed to facilitate the candidate’s legal exit from the Philippines.
Deployment
When candidates are ready to leave, flight arrangements are made. STD conducts a final briefing to prepare them for their new roles abroad and ensures their transportation to the airport for their departure.
